Completed in 1948, right in the thick of the post-war boom, and hot on the heels of a newly unified City of Vernon, this building embodies the impressive spirit of the era.
Built for the express purpose of manufacturing pants for the Boy Scouts of America, they fulfilled that directive for decades.
Now, with the rich history still emanating from each and every wall, it's time to get the building back to its full potential!
